| Can I add other products that you do
not carry? |
Yes.
You can add other products that are not sold by Cables Unlimited.

| What is included in the package? |
1) Individual website with customized
name, logo, and address, and colors
2) Product info updated weekly. This includes new products, pricing, content
and photos.
3) Orders are emailed to you as soon as your customer submits them.
4) 2 hours web training to familiarize you with your new website.
5) It will be hosted on our server only. It may not be hosted on any other
server due to restrictions of database access and maintenance..

| What is not included? |
1) Email server.
2) Merchant account.
3) Redesign of all pages as per the wish of individual customers. Your info
will be put into our existing template.
4) End user support.
5) Connecting to FedEx or UPS websites or individual merchant account etc.
6) You can add other products which are not carried by Cables Unlimited.

| How will it work? |
1) You provide us with all of the
details of your company, logo, address etc.
2) We put your info on our template.
3) We provide you with 2 hours of web training
4) You control the backend of your site, including: pricing, items on special,
color scheme, adding new product categories (that Cables Unlimited does not
stock)
5) Instant email for all customer registrations
6) Instant email for all customer orders
7) You will fulfill the order, and charge your customer for such transactions.
8) Cables Unlimited can drop ship when necessary, but it will be more cost
effective for you to place regular orders with Cables Unlimited so that you may
fulfill most orders from your own stock.
9) It will only take about 3-4 weeks for you to be 'live'

| How much commitment do I need to make? |
1) Initial contract is for a one year
period.
2) Set-up fee is due upon contract signing, and monthly hosting fees are due by
the 5th of each month.
3) Commissions are payable monthly to Cables Unlimited on the 20th of the
following month. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of your web sales
of Cables Unlimited products. Any products that you sell on your site that
Cables Unlimited does not stock (motherboards, hard drives, memory, monitors,
etc) are not charged any commission.
